We will only charge you those fees required by the product provider (such as a mortgage valuation fee) or where the advice is purely fee based. There are no additional charges with the products featured on this site. You will only pay the premium required by the insurer

Before we conduct any business on your behalf, we will issue you with an illustration disclosing all commissions and monies paid to Platinum. Where an application is made on-line our commission will be disclosed in writing.

We will neither telephone you nor call on you in person to try to secure further business. We may send you newsletters and other information that we feel may be of use to you. You have the right to request these documents are not sent to you.

We never pass details of our clients onto other marketing companies.
